Calling all researchers - Oregon Safeway - Fake Shooting

So I’ve been collecting footage for the past couple of days. Has anyone captured this event being posted online before the hoax went live? Has anyone found this elusive "manifesto" yet? I have the ridiculous one from Buffalo NY ( copy/paste from Christchurch) but not for the "Safeway Shooter". I see no bullet casings even though they are featuring bullet holes in the glass this time around. I would really like to get a document about drills going on during this time-frame, so far I’ve found nothing. They are using a gaggle of veterans for the hero’s backstory for this one, so the majority will fall for it. Lots of go fund me accounts, bad crisis actors and the usual tells but I would appreciate some additional material if anyone is up for it.
