An Urban Victory For Now.

We have become accustomed to seeing this in our streets. Since when does this belong in the streets, public or SCHOOLS!
This same mentality was presented to armed service men back in 80-90's, then asked them if the would live fire. When this fell down, the armed men where imported from other countries.
Wonder how they feel as of today about this? Would they fire?
