Meal Prepping with MattyD Chicken Pumpkin Meatballs with Veggies
this takes less than an hour...this makes 4 lunches/meals in total...I’m showing my basic way of cooking my own broth, my basic broth when I sautee pretty much any dish...this is my basic, boom simple and healthy fortified standard broth
if you can’t airfry like I do in the video, simply use any oven at same temp for same time and use baking parchment paper for the pan, I didn’t mention that but you’ll see I’m using it, you do not need any oils or sprays to bake these whatsoever
using 2lbs white chicken chop meat.......2 eggs, oatmeal, panko, flour, farmers market pumpkin...
using frozen with fresh veggies........garlic, peppers, grape tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
organic sodium free chicken bone broth, 100% lemon and lime juice organic
