MINNEAPOLIS MURDER .. OR STAGED FAKE BS!

FORGET THE VOICE AND THE FACE COMPARISONS. I want to know three things. Who uncuffed the bad guy? Why did an ambulance MAGICALLY appear? I thought the goal was very simple. Cuff the suspect. throw him into the car and take him down to the station. If this idiot was a graduate of the Police Academy, and an off duty officer, why didn’t he just CHARGE the guy and knock him off the suspect. He just stands there and flips the guy crap! He watches the person DIE and does nothing. Stupid. I don’t believe this was legit. Total nonsense. Very clever but not real.
