The original film’s speed was deliberately slowed down by half of it’s actual recorded speed in an attempt to deceive the scale of size like an old Japanese monster movie to make the movements of the objects appear as if they were on a larger scale. What this video illustrates is that this ’module’ was nothing more than a model suspended from the ceiling in a warehouse.
