I kept going after this video...as I state in it, I did 1 round prior and recorded but damn my shoulders were tight lol
this is round 2 ...I do rotary punches, figure 8 punches and straight punches.
tips: bag hits 1, 2, 3 repetition
always strike 1st 2 knuckles...you’ll see my gloves are worn ONLY over my middle knuckles
move your feet...use the body...breathe
do ballistics in between or some time of core in between sets...I use a broom stick and do torso twists and standing oblique crunches
definitely was gonna be hitting this thing after these last 2 days so figured why not record and have some fun, relieve stress more :))
